LS ---- Our sign behind the counter clearly states for a tune up which includes Oil Change, Sharpen Blade, Replace Air Filter and Spark Plug that the cost is $54.95 + Parts. If your mower was running previously it would have still been running as we did not do anything with the carburetor. We are sorry that you did not understand the charges as we try to be very specific with that up front.
Terrible company. I had arranged for Roberts to come pick up my lawn mower in Independence. I got a phone call the morning of to tell me they're going to be late so I had to leave my lawn mower in front of my house for them to pick it up. Then 15 minutes before they're supposed to arrive at the new time, Roberts calls me and tells me it is too far for him to drive even though it is less than 8 miles from his store and wanted to increased the delivery cost.
