They did a ridiculously amazing job on my brother's head stone. I have never seen one so beautifully detailed.
Installed headstone marker on my mother's grave this headstone was a double maker it did not have my dad's name Plat on stone when my dad passed away last October I got in touch with the people they claimed not having any records of installation of the headstone . This company has truly been the absolute worst to deal with after the death of my father. This company was recommended by the funeral home so I called them up and the salesman came to my home in July of 2022, at which time I selected the memorial stone and provided the details to be engraved. The gentleman, Matthew, seemed nice and after discussing the memorial he advised me of a discount for paying in cash, so that's what I did. Do not purchase from here! My grandfather passed in 2021 and we still can't get the date of death marker for him. After the original information was found an order was placed and paid for April 2023. We're still waiting and everytime we do finally get a call back all we get is more excuses. This place is a joke!!
We purchased a headstone from this company in 2017 after my fathers passed away. Service and delivery was as promised. In October of 2021 we purchased a boarder to be installed around the gravesite, with a 3 month estimated time on delivery and installation. On June 20, 2023, we filed a small claims law suit after numerous attempts to get the company to deliver and install the coping material. They claim the material is in stock but refuse to allow a 3rd party installer and refuse to return our money because they cannot comp... read more
