Unhappy with manicure The manicurist I have used mulitple times, has been at least 15- 20 min. late for every appointment I have had with her. She blames her tardiness on traffic and never apologizes. Very unprofessional. As a result of her trying to keep her next appoinment on time, I felt the whole experience was rushed and rather sloppy. From a guy - Erez gave me the best haircut of my life! OK - my wife made me do it! Until a couple of months ago, I had never set foot in a hair salon. For years I was happy with hair cuts I was getting from local men's barber shops. But then it happened. Just before an April vacation my wife decided I needed a makeover and fashion conciousness. Haircoloring Robert is the best haircolorist, I have ever had, I have been to the best salons in Boston, find Robert is very attentive and does the best foils. The salon gave me a great experiance, Highly recommened Roberts Salon, friendly staff.
Poor Service Terrible service. If I could give it no stars I would. Purchased a livingsocial deal for here and scheduled an appointment. They called me the next day to reschedule. Fine. They then call me 6 hours before my newly rescheduled appointment to cancel because "she is leaving at 3:30 today". I requested a refund for my deal, not worth it.
Ms. 3 Generations of our family have been going to Robert's Salon and 2 weddings! Both of my daughters looked so beautiful at their weddings. Elizabeth gives great cuts - they last a long time and always look in style. Color looks terrific as well. I always get compliments on my hair color and cut; they keep me looking young.
What a find! Roberts Salon is a wonderful place. I have been going to Elizabeth the owner for a good 10 years and in the past I usually I drift from one stylist to another, because I am mostly dissatisfied with my color or cut. This is not the case with Elizabeth, she is terrific in fact most people comment on how great my hair looks. Robert's is a family run business, that is very professional and upscale. I would give each of the stylists 5 stars, with Elizabeth as the brightest star of them all.
