Proceed with caution. Payment agreement's were made for final payment to be made upon completion. They hounded my husband by phone for payment before completion ( he was out of the country at the time) and when he told them no they then came to my HOME asking for the money. When they finally came back to install the metal overhang above one window, it looked like a child installed it. Ray and one other came out wanted to be paid in cash which I paid him as u needed to leave to meet someone and he said he was almost finished so I paid him $1500 cash and he did not finish the job I called his office talked to his wife which she told me he would be back out to finish which he never did. His wife got frustrated that he did not come back and finish so she gave his direct number which I called and repeated to call him and he said he would be back which he never did. Beware of them I do not recommend

We had a leak not on the ceiling but through two small holes on a window sill! We contacted numerous companies and Mr. Ray came out the same day. He inspected the area and concluded it was an isolated area of the roof where the shingles had almost six inches of separation. He and his son immediately got to work and corrected the issue for $400! We had considered replacing the complete roof and Mr. Ray out right said it wasn't necessary..I'm sure any other contractor would have jumped at the opportunity to take advantage ... read more

When I set up app. for estimate, they came reasonably quickly. After coming, gave me a fair estimate within about 2 hours. They messaged me an invoice sheet so I could see exactly what I would be paying for & their terms. Very professional. After I accepted, the proposal & time was set to do the work, they came as promised. Very happy with quality of work, & couldn't ask for nicer people. Would recommend them to anyone!

The team at Robert’s Roofing was great to work with. I called or attempted contact with at least 5 other contractors in the local area with no response. When I finally called Robert’s, Kim answered and we had the repair scheduled within minutes. Ray and Zach took care of the repair as scheduled and even worked in the rain to get it done. If you need any roof work, save yourself the time and hassle and call Robert’s!!
