Sales person was rude and seemed un,-interested in trying to figure out ways to make a deal. SAD! Was already pre approved and offered to put 5000 down as well! SAD!
Chad Still, is a AWESOME guy!! We would buy another vehicle from him!!! 😃
We had a great experience with Richie at Roberts Robinson in Excelsior Springs. He was helpful and knowledgeable about the car we were interested in. He and everyone we met there gave us good information about the car. We look forward to working with him again in the future.
Great first time dealership experience. If you can go toChad! He has put so much time into finding and getting the vehicle I want. He even took me 30 miles away to test drive anotber truck at a different dealership. He goes above and beyond with everything from test drives to paperwork. I can ot stress it enough, GO TO CHAD! its also just all around a good business. Its clean and professional filled with hard working passionate people.
Great selection of cars and friendly staff
