Usually I enjoy taking my car here. However, I have gone two summers now without air conditioning in my 2012 car because they told me it was going to be a $1200 fix! I just finally got someone else to check it and they fixed it for $17! Super upset right now!

Brandon is awesome!! We needed a tired fixed on our truck Saturday Fourth of July Weekend and they got us in even though they were busy. I called other places because I never dreamed they would be able to get me in. All other places had a 2-4 hour wait time. I will make Roberts Robertson my first stop. I really appreciate their excellent customer service. Stop in and check them out.

Saturday I came in to get a tire fixed and was going to schedule a oil change. Sherry said that since I was there I might as well go ahead and get it done since they had time. I was so happy because I was busy the next week and was trying to think of the best time to get the oil change done. Roberts-Robinson has the best customer service and team of employees. They are the only dealership that I take my car to and I am so happy with the service I get. Wouldn't take it anywhere else.

I showed up without an appointment they got me in quickly then did oil change tire rotation offered me an alternative oil to save money I stuck with synthetic but they did ask Service department is always looking to save me money you don't find that at just any dealership as I wandered around looking at different vehicles I was asked if I could be helped I explained I was having my truck serviced I visited with sales staff never felt pressured to upgrade just a nice relaxed vist Brandon came and found me told me my truck was... read more
