I need to get ahold of who owns or runs this car wash. Because it malfunctioned it ruined my wheel!

I had issue with the first touchless car wash that you come to as the second one was cones off for other issues as well. I selected and paid for $12 wash and while I was in the wash the washing mechanism shot out soap but never moved. I exited the car wash and attempted another wash, this time the $8 wash and that seemed to work. When I call the number on website to get reimbursed for the $12 wash issue the number seems to be a fax machine.
