We rented a phone from Roberts to communicate with our son overseas. We had expected to be able to communicate via texting, a lower cost option than calling. However, this did not work. We ended up paying over $500 in phone charges. Roberts led us to believe that texting would be an available option in the travel locations. In the end, it appeared to be "out of their control".
