I found Roberts' Ranch Catering & Events on Yelp. My younger sister and I were planning a bachelorette party in Palm Springs for our older sister. They popped up because they are in La Quinta. During the year it took to plan this party, Chef Mark and Amy were SUPER responsive and transparent. They provided us menus and quotes for what we wanted. Had Chef Mark make lunch for my friends and I in Palm Springs. Chef Mark showed up on time, with his assistant. They came in and got right down to business and in no time, there was a huge spread laid out. The salad was AH-MAZING! I don't know what the dressing was, but it needs to be bottled. The salad was the right combination of vegetables, cheese and dressing to be perfect. The deviled eggs! The Roasted vegetables! Jalapeno cornbread with honey butter (to die for!). I got the scallops with lemongrass puree and it was abysmal. Just absolutely disgusting. Also would not recommend letting this man be near kids
