Our job was not straightforward, and neither was Rob. I had to ask his rate. Then, after the fact he announced that he also charges $160 hr travel fee. This is after starting the job. My advise: if you don’t want to come off as a contractor taking advantage of clients then be upfront and transparent about your fees.

If you’re looking for a quality plumber who truly goes above and beyond for their customers, I can’t recommend Robert’s Plumbing and Heating enough. Not only did they help me, but they went out of their way during a snowstorm a few weeks ago to help my mother as well. We greatly appreciate the time, effort, and care they put into their work. If I could give a higher rating, I would. Thank you, Robert and Sons — I look forward to working with you again!

Always cancels; makes excuses as to why he can't come out. Highly unreliable. Do not recommended this business.

Robert rocks! He was not only professional, on time and under budget, he also did excellent work. He was easy to work with from start to finish and we are so glad we found him on recommendation. It is a no brainer...hire Robert and you won't regret it!

Robert did a fantastic job. Returned phone calls and texts quickly. Was able to send images of the parts that we needed to have replaced and fixed. His work was well done and he cleaned up after the work was complete. He was a pleasure to work with and we will definitely be contacting him for any other plumbing and heating concerns.
