If I could give negative stars I would, my brother died and it was VERY traumatic to my family, RICHARD has done NOTHING but make us feel like we’re inconveniencing him every time we speak, we’ve practically had to beg them to finish accommodations, have had to sign all documents MULTIPLE times because nobody here communicates with each other, they’ll tell you one price and then when time comes it’s double the price with NO additional ANYTHING added on. I never thought I'd be writing a review for a funeral home. But here we are. In all my life, I've never had to sit down and plan a funeral. I went to them, but never planned one. I had to for my dearly beloved grandmother. Ms. Whitney took her time and understood that in the Hindu religion there are things that need to be done and helped us (my significant other and I) through the most difficult time in our lives. At the worst time of our lives, Roberts Funeral Home showed true compassion for our family. We lost our son in a tragic accident, and as our worst nightmare was unfolding, we were carefully walked through each step of the process. Overpromised and underdelivered. I contacted this funeral home when my father went into hospice care because our church recommended them. Made simple arrangements with a man who was very helpful, paid and signed a contract. When my father passed the funeral director (extremely not personable, unfriendly, and zero compassion, she should be in a different career) said the contract was wrong and we needed to sign another one.
