Our poor sister was discovered in her home on a welfare check request; we were heartbroken upon hearing the news. Lucky for us, she was transferred to Roberts by local authorities, as we live out of state and couldn't imagine having to research local funeral homes while still in somewhat a state of shock. After years of using them. Their quality has severly reduced, waiting takes far too long. Theyre not nearly as plesant either. Even phones are taking forever to answer, and usually its for a "please wait longer" message. I am hearing rumors that they're finally shutting down after all these years. Its disssapointing to see something once so great, dissappear. Dont support a business that won't be there long enough for your own funeral.

I visited Roberts Funeral Home today. I was requesting pre-need information. I was greeted by a wonderful woman named Gretchen. She was so helpful in explaining things to me, as I had many questions. I was treated with kindness and respect as I inquired about arrangements. Gretchen was extremely knowledgeable and helped me with the various aspects of pre-need arrangements, what was available and how the process works.
