I never thought I'd be writing a review for a funeral home. But here we are. In all my life, I've never had to sit down and plan a funeral. I went to them, but never planned one. I had to for my dearly beloved grandmother. Ms. Whitney took her time and understood that in the Hindu religion there are things that need to be done and helped us (my significant other and I) through the most difficult time in our lives. At the worst time of our lives, Roberts Funeral Home showed true compassion for our family. We lost our son in a tragic accident, and as our worst nightmare was unfolding, we were carefully walked through each step of the process. Cheri was our person of contact and there aren't enough words to say how kind and gentle she is. On the day I picked up my son's remains, I met with Gretchen. Overpromised and underdelivered. I contacted this funeral home when my father went into hospice care because our church recommended them. Made simple arrangements with a man who was very helpful, paid and signed a contract. When my father passed the funeral director (extremely not personable, unfriendly, and zero compassion, she should be in a different career) said the contract was wrong and we needed to sign another one. Losing both of my parents unexpectedly within days of each other was not something i ever imagined having to deal with. Roberts of Ocala made the process as easy as they could. Whitney was so wonderful and patient with me and helped guide me through everything without being overwhelming.

Thank you so much! I will tell that you made my family and myself feel really taken care during one of the most difficult times in my life. I know you have thousands of families you deal with , but all of you at Robert’s Funeral Services made us feel like we are the only ones. I know it must take its toll on all of you at times with all your own lives and many challenges, but you make us feel like we are the only ones with your patience and kindness .
