I am giving him five stars because you gave him a bad rating just because he wanted a picture?? Do you know what the picture is for? Maybe they should have explained it if they didn't. It is for insurance purposes. Or in case there is a complaint they have a picture of what you looked like if there is a law suit for any reason. There are crazy people out there or people just looking for money so they are sue happy. Drs. have to protect them self. I have never gone to this Dentist. Dr. Roberts not only refused treatment because I wouldn't allow him to take a photo of my face (nothing to do with my dental treatment, and I was paying cash so also nothing to do with insurance or other identity) solely to keep for his files; his staff then also refused to return my personal health information when I requested it before leaving their office, offering me instead a COPY of the forms I'd completed with my medical history, etc, information to which they had no right, nor did they have a need since I am not thei... read more
