We had bad weather right before the tour, and they still let us take the tour! our guide was very friendly, and was very good about communication! we enjoyed the tour, and we appreciated the communication!
I have already shared the details regarding the unprofessional "overly nice" aspect of my tour.
Do not live at this site but a sister site. Generally the worst apartment I have ever rented - the on-site manager (G) shows no respect for the residents and has terrible communication. He will get upset with you for setting boundaries (ie. not letting him enter your unit whenever he pleases for non-emergencies) and try to blame every issue on the tenant. Move in was great. Property management was awesome.
