Heater in home was not working properly so I called LBK and Robert was working on it within 45 minutes. Unlike the big guys he didn’t try to sell me a new unit even though its over 25 years old. Had it working within 10 minutes. Robert is a wonderful person and I would highly recommend him
Our a/c quit at 3pm when it was 105 degrees. I called the first company that was listed on an Internet search and was told "Maybe we can get to it by tomorrow". Then I called Robert's and was told the technician, who was actually, Robert, would arrive in 30 minutes. He was right on time, and had our a/c up and running in about 20 minutes. I tried to fix this myself with no success, and Robert saved me from having to sleep in the couch.
They did a good job of replacing my whole A/C and heating system. They were the lowest bidder for the project so they are a lot more affordable than many other HVAC companies in Lubbock.
Robert and Kevin were amazing. We had no AC for several nights at 86-90 degrees a night. They found out it was the motor and replaced it the next morning. Honest, quick, and friendly. Highly recommend!
