Watch out for these people. Had a bill get lost in a company merger. Bill ended up here in collections which we had a payment plan for. Called into these guys to reset up the payment plan and they failed to send out the docs required but never communicated they were not taking payment out of HSA account. Called them out on it when we received the court notice. Lady was very rude and bitchy. Not accountable for their actions just want to take people to court. Steer clear of them.
