Don Roberts was my attorney for many years. What was supposed to be a simple marital asset case turned into several years of stagnation. Most of the emails I had prior to finding another lawyer were completely ignored. The only consistent thing I received from Don Roberts was the invoices show how much money he used. My case file was handed over to my new attorney without any organization or digitalization. There were many files given to Don's assistants that were never received by the opposing council.
