Dr. Kristine Roberts is great, but unfortunately, it is extremely difficult to get a hold of the office. Every time I tried to book an appointment, it would go straight to the answering machine, which became very frustrating over time. It got to the point where I felt forced to find a new family doctor. The receptionist was also quite rude, which made the experience even more disappointing. While I appreciated Dr. Roberts as a doctor, the communication and front-desk experience made it very difficult to continue going there.
This is supposed to be my family doctor, yet I can almost never get an appointment. Every time I call during posted office hours, I’m met with an automated answering machine instead of a real person. The doctor has also been out of the office for weeks. Today (February 17), the automated message stated the office was open, so I called right away.
