What should have taken a month took 4 months due to the lawyer canceling and rescheduling court dates around her schedule: when the court sets a date, I felt like my kids and I were important enough for her to make it--apparently not. They had a very good website with lots of info; unfortunately, when we finally got to speak to Ms Roberts, she directly contradicted what her website explicitly said. [Reference grandparent visitation section of website] I would not recommend to anyone.
