Excellent service and skill. Had a piece of steel in my eye and they fit me in as a walk in. Painless and fast. Definitely recommend!!
Dr Robert's is an amazing surgeon. I had cataract surgery in both eyes. My mom and dad had both done. A friend had been cross-eyed all her life. She couldn't see to put on make-up or shave her legs. He corrected ALL of that!
I called to try and make an appointment a number of times for an eye exam in May, 2019. The phone was either busy, got a fax dial tone, or a pre-recorded message that if this was an emergency, call 911, etc, etc, etc. I finally got through to a real live person. Lo, and behold. I was told, as a new patient, it would be 3 months. That seems to be the same scenario with all medical, so called, professionals in Eastman. Made the appointment for August 12th.
