My friend has been a patient at Dr. Roberts’ office for several years, but unfortunately, her experience with the receptionist, Jill, has become very disappointing. Jill has repeatedly been rude and disrespectful toward her. There have also been times when my friend called the office to request a medication refill and asked for a message to be given to the doctor, but the message was not passed along. Dr. Dudley Roberts III is a really good doctor. I started going to him about 4 years ago. He takes time with each patient. He has a great bed side manor and is funny. I choose doctors that I feel care about the patient, not the paycheck.
