Horrible customer service, delivered a damaged hot tub cover and refuse to take responsibility, saying since we signed for the delivery we accept it as is. Told us to contact the carrier (company I have never heard of) to try to get them to credit us on a claim, that should be their responsibility.
THIS IS THE SECOND LID I BOUGHT FROM THEM....FIRST WAS WONDERFUL....NOW THE FIRST RAIN IN PHOENIX AND THE WATER STAYED IN THE BRAND NEW LID!! FINALLY FIGURED OUT THE LID WAS BAD AFTER MONTHS OF A HEAVY AND WATER LOGGED LID. CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WEEKS LATER, NOTHING! MY LID IS NOT USABLE DUE TO 20 POUND OF MOLDY WATER THAT HAS BEEN IN THERE FOR MONTHS (SINCE THE FIRST PHX RAIN).
