They were great. They listened to me & checked everything out & saw what was happening. Then they helped me to be clear what was happening. My app was not showing any numbers. Nobody else could explain the situation or find those numbers. Now I can decide whether I need the app or not. Thanks! Finally, after many phone calls & mot getting anywhere!

I would highly recommend this company for your medical equipment needs. I was being discharged from the hospital in 24 hours and had no equipment. They really came through for me and had everything set up when I arrived except for my mattress but they provided me with a nice loaner until mine came in a few days later and was promptly delivered.
