Shawn smith was not only professional but fast and efficient. He was helpful and showed me all the settings on the equipment! I felt completely confident with using the equipment once he showed me ! He is a great employee and made this transition easygoing

Shawn was an excellent delivery and instructional provider. He was working late to get to us. Very polite and helpful.
The therapist absolutely helped me understand and learn how to use the CPAP ResMed Airsense 11 which I returned after a week still had to pay 100 or so bucks. My issue is more with the insurance company requiring usage compliance. Renting to own the device is roughly a grand. If you're found out of usage compliance expect to buy another 1 to 2k. Did some research and found Sleeplay offers the same device with a current discount; got it for 645.00 just needed to send them my prescription; had to get a mask 85 bucks. No compli... read more
