From start to finish, he went above and beyond expectations, demonstrating professionalism, patience, and genuine care in everything he did. Refused to send authorization for billing to Medicare until I put a down payment on a wheelchair AND an additional 10 month payment plan and proceeded to quote me a ridiculous price well above the 20 percent coinsurance for a covered wheelchair stating they needed to bill each part of the chair "individually" (unbundling scam). Sean Smith one of your employees did such an excellent job as I will be calling and inquiring of other services I would like for you to send him as I tell others of the time concern he put in making sure everything was right and I was highly satisfied of his service
Bad customer service ,( the guy) person hung up the phone on me ,refused to get the reference number to verify and also told me to call a different number that he refused to give as well , what a nasty attitude!!!
