This is the worst medical care company ever. Please do not use them in your time of need. They came out and measured me for my wheel chair while I was still in the hospital. The still brought the wrong size chair with the wrong attachments twice. Then recently in less than 30days they charges me four times for the same device. I called in to try and resolve the issue last Wednesday(04/19). STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I got my cpap from their Havre de Grace store on 2/15/22. As soon as I sat down in the office Martha asked for my credit card for payment. I thought it was very rude and in retrospective I should have just left at that time. I was presented a contract to sign and they showed a one time charge of about $ 67.00 and a monthly charge of about $ 8.00 each month for 10 months, then machine would had been mine. BEWARE!!!! My husband rented a CPAC Set up from this company for which they required a reoccurring credit card payment. After discovering this CPAC was not working we called, and they sent the return shipping box with extensive forms on why we were terminating their service. We filled it out and returned the forms and equipment. Several months have passed and they started recharging us from automatic draft. This card should have been taken out the system.
