they went to a big corporation that is insanely disorganized and inept. No attention to detail I've beenhad to give them the same address 5 times and they still got it wrong. terrible horrible God help you if you need something from them
I tried to call Saturday morning, not open. Left a message, no one called me back. I just wanted to exchange the mask for my husband's CPAP machine. We can not get in till Wednesday! This is crazy. The person that answered the phone today could barely speak English. What has happened to the Roberts that was so wonderful & well respected!!!! Not happy at all :-(
