The condo association was ok but DO NOT rent from apartment #10!!!! When you move out you will be charged for normal wear and tear. You will also be blamed for damage that existed before you moved in. I have lived in and rented at numerous apartments and have never had an experience such as the one I had trying to move out of here. Landlord expects the place to look as though NO ONE has ever stepped foot in it. SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND YOUR MONEY.
