Without going into detail, I can say that Mike’s approach was exceptional – courteous, empathetic, and genuinely focused on finding a solution. He went above and beyond to resolve the issue, exceeding my expectations. In short, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mike or buy another car from him. A truly honest gentleman.
We are very pleased with our Hyundai Tucson from Roberts Hill Ltd. Mike was very helpful at all stages of our purchase. The car was very low mileage and like brand new inside. Mike managed to rush through the V5 certificate so we could put our own plates on the car in around a week. Thanks again Jeremy & Joann.
