I went in and paid for a consultation late 2023 with Chris for tax strategy and planning. I’ll admit, they gave me the impression I was in good hands. When tax filing season came around, I find that the 1st filing was done incorrectly, so an amendment had to be done. I sign blindly (my mistake I know - misplaced trust). If you like expensive bills and a terrible customer experience, this is your place. Ahead of the 2025 tax season, we were hunting for a new CPA and I'd called all over the valley before finding this firm. My initial impression was great.
