Mr Terrell got our Fam straight today with a well priced, (to include delivery) - Macintosh sofa, Ashley recliner, 4 drawer Chester and Ashley dinette drop leaf table with 2 matching chairs. Great customer service and competitors' price matching.
Its been about 3 months since I made my bedroom set and mattress purchase. It continues to be a smart and most comfortable purchase. Delivery was excellent and I thank them for putting the set together and where I wanted it. Quality products for affordable prices. Thank you Robert's Furniture and Mattress.
Sales staff were friendly and knowledgeable but also didn’t follow us around, which I liked. They had the exact couch we needed and it was delivered the next day by two very nice men. Excellent experience all around.
We purchased a couch from Roberts. Shortly after, one of the three seat cushions started protruding more than three inches beyond the others. When I filed a claim with the insurance company that Roberts pushed on us, the denied it, calling it "normal wear and tear." Roberts also refused to repair it. If you're looking for furniture that lasts, I'd recommend shopping elsewhere and skipping the insurance they offer, which didn't provide any real value in my experience. Don’t trust this business!
These guys are awesome! Customer service was great. We ended up getting a discount for a floor model. It’s well built and very sturdy. I used the financing in store and was approved instantly. They helped us load the couch on our truck and we were in and out of the store within an hour. I’d definitely shop here again!
