They say it's the little things that matter. But what's little when you're planning your husband's funeral? Jaime and Jessica took care of all the details at the funeral. From our first meeting, we were treated with kindness and respect. They were very patient with all of our questions (and we had a lot!). The day of the funeral we expected 150 guests. Jaime was so kind, compassionate, and supportive during a very challenging time. He made the process easy when there were so many other things we had to worry about, on top of the grief itself. I never once felt pressured to "buy" and, in fact, Jaime pointed out ways to keep everything affordable. He always responded quickly to questions and held our hand through the entire process. I am beyond grateful to Jaime and Coreen for their professionalism and compassion.
