Our experience with Roberts of Ocala was exceptional. Our family had a unique case, because our mother passed while on vacation and out of the area. Roberts compiled a team to help transport her back into our home area and assisted with all facets of the planning process. There was never a time when we felt alone. I had an exceptional experience with Whitney Olsen who compassionately and sincerely handled every detail regarding my mother's passing. Whitney was kind, patient, and professional in assisting with every detail. Whitney communicated with me every step of the way, every detail, in a difficult time for us. Gosh, I don't know where to start. Unfortunately I did not get the honor of using Roberts for the cremation of my best friend, my Mother. I went to them with my Mom's ashes and they were so welcoming, very lovely ladies, Erica (ka) and Bethany who made us feel like family the moment we walked through the door. They placed my Mother in her Urn and in our jewelry for us even though the ashes were from another company and again welcomed us with open arms.
