I had an excellent experience at Robert's Equipment, and I especially want to recognize Maverick for his outstanding customer service. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel like a priority. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. It's refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely cares about helping their customers. Thanks again, Maverick, for making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I'll definitely be back! Plus very clean 🫧🫧🫧🫧
Great customer service, very customer oriented.
Drove here 2 hours after agreeing on $1500 for a scaper box. Then demanded $2000 even when I showed the message conversation. Good waste of 4 hours driving. Don’t waste your time
They got what you need and helpful on the phone when trouble shooting.
Really happy with these guys. Without going into details... They did a reasonably big repair job for me. Something didn't get done right and, when I alerted them, they were on it and fixing things right away.
