I wish I could give less then one star. They have horrible customer service and communication. I checked the website to make sure they accept my insurance. When I called to make an appointment I doubled checked that they take my insurance, the lady on the phone said yes and took my insurance number and made my appointment. Now it's two days before my appointment they call and tell me sorry but we only accept your insurance in Sydney. They did nothing to help me. This was not my fault. They should fix their mistakes.
