Waited 4 months for an appointment and they cancelled me a week before my appointment then wanted to push me out another month. Wanted me to bring them a prescription so they could make me a pair of glasses. Will never go there again. The service sucks!!
Went in to pick up my glass's and the women was extremely rude while putting on to see if they fit correctly. I saw that they had marker pen marks about 3 on each one, didn't say anything. She wasn't gentle on the whole process. A terrible personality, don't know why she treated me this way. The women who overseas took over and said sorry I will take care of this? What is going on? I would have like to know why? Horrible experience.
We liked our visit to Roberts . All employees were helpful and kind . it has been years for us since we had exams .we ordered 2 pairs each . would definitely go back to this location .
