I’ve been going to the Sidney office since my eye doctor in Oneonta retired 15+ years ago and I’ve always had a pleasant experience. Recently I went to the Vestal office and had a good experience with my glasses but once it came to my contacts I was basically thrown into the back seat with no answer to where my trial pair might be and after 4 months I called the Sidney office and I was helped right away and a new trial pair was ordered for me and arrived sooner than expected. Went yesterday after making appointment for issues with my eye and I was due for my annual check up a few months ago. Had been there last year. When I made my appointment she had someone call me back after talking to someone? Never did she say that I would be first charged with my health insurance ? that would be billed first then my Medicare? So after driving 30 minutes was told this. Left very disappointed with conversations with Jessica and her input. Not the most welcoming nor accommodating office. Will not be back.

Wasn't a horrible experience 7 years ago, just a little geographically undesirable. No contact with the office in SEVEN YEARS and NOW you're texting me appointments? What about a reminder call at the 2 year mark that it's time for a new exam? Yeah, I don't think so, not sure what kind of office you're running, but we won't be back.
Waited 4 months for an appointment and they cancelled me a week before my appointment then wanted to push me out another month. Wanted me to bring them a prescription so they could make me a pair of glasses. Will never go there again. The service sucks!!
