Kirk Elliott did a terrible job on my case. I was arrested for DUI. As soon as he took my case he point blank lied to me. He told me because I refused the breathalyzer, if we lose the case, I would have an interlock device on my car for a year but could drive anytime anywhere. Fast forward 5 months and now he tells me it’s a hard one year suspension for refusing the breathalyzer if we lose. He knew this all along but lied to me up front. For what reason.
