Had a really pleasant experience purchasing a front door with Roberts doors, they communicated and explained everything perfectly and prices were reasonable.
Recently purchased our front door from Robert's Doors and we were very satisfied with our purchase and overall experience. The Customer service was amazing, we had a lot of questions but the lady who helped my wife and I was very knowledgeable and patient. I purchased a new door in November. It didn't arrive till December which I was okay with and had it installed December 3rd. However, in March I contacted Roberts Doors to let them know that the grille on my door was rusting not just in one area but several areas. I was asked to email pictures which I did. They then replied by saying I could buy spray paint and repaint the grille or I could purchase a new grille for the door. Found this Gem of a Door Supplier who not ONLY carries Quality Doors for Residential Needs But QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE also! The friendly family Owned business deserves to be recognized for going over and beyond, what commercial suppliers do. The Selection and Prices are Far better.
