Staff were very nice and professional. However, I had a ceiling light installed. I asked that the electrical line be attached as close to the ceiling beam as possible. I said I wanted to put a wood strip over the electric wire to hide it. When job completed the wire was about4 to 5 inches from the beam and the wire had a metal covering. I called back and Shannon told me he remembered me mentioning the wood strip. He said they would return and make it right. Contracted with Roberts Electrical Services LLC for new construction project based on time and materials. When I received my invoice, Roberts refused to provide the detail of the material charges on the invoice. After considerable effort, and expense, we discovered these items on our “time and materials” invoice: lumber, white paint, one tank of gasoline, 2 claw hammers, one apron. Is this what YOU should be paying for on YOUR electrical project?

The public will get a sense of who he is based on his reply to me. Advice: Always obtain a written estimate and monitor time and workers onsite.
