I've been remodeling houses in WNC for 20 years & these guys ROCK! They could not have done a better job, or a faster job on completely re-wiring my 115 year old house. Shannon found issues that were not discovered by 2 previous electricians. They worked with me to fish wires as opposed to cutting into the original hard wood & beadboard walls. Staff were very nice and professional. However, I had a ceiling light installed. I asked that the electrical line be attached as close to the ceiling beam as possible. I said I wanted to put a wood strip over the electric wire to hide it. When job completed the wire was about4 to 5 inches from the beam and the wire had a metal covering. I called back and Shannon told me he remembered me mentioning the wood strip. He said they would return and make it right.
