We had a problem with power failure to our fridge freezer, Keith identified the issue as a faulty socket and then arranged to come with a carpenter to get it fixed, as the integrated fridge freezer had to be removed in order to gain access to the faulty socket. They arrived as agreed and did the work within a couple of hours. Both friendly, professional and reliable - I would highly recommend Keith and Roberts Electrical for any electrical work. I used Roberts Electrical to carry out an EICR report on my rental property. Keith was responsive, professional, provided an excellent service and value for money, I would have no hesitation in recommending their services and will definitely be using them again.
Called Keith to come and look at the consumer unit at my elderly parents house as the electrics had tripped over the weekend and one particular switch would not reset. He arrived within the time frame agreed and was very thorough with his diagnosis and was able to fix the problem immediately at a very reasonable price. Keith is a genuine guy and I would not hesitate to use his services again - highly recommended.
I have used Roberts Electrical for many different jobs at our home - from fitting a new Consumer Unit and extending electrical supply to the garden shed to changing light fittings and wiring our new conservatory. We have always been delighted with his work. Keith is always ready to start work on time and work hard throughout the day. We keep him supplied with a steady flow of cups of tea and the odd biscuit, but I don't think that's why he does such a good job!
