SCE told us our main power box was the reason for our power fluctuations. Mr. Robert was very though and explained why it wasn't. We contacted SCE and requested the go up on the pole and check and Mr Roberts was correct. This is why we always use him as our electrician.
Outstanding performance, really nice people.
