Outstanding customer service, without doubt the most professional team in Hobart for expert advice on chainsaws and hedge trimmers etc. An absolute delight to be assisted and treated so well
Went in on a Friday afternoon before a long weekend and received great service and advice. Walked out with the gear I needed and the ride on lawn mower was delivered the following Tuesday. Can't fault the service received and advice. Friendly staff, a pleasure to do business
Worst service I have ever come across. Overpriced and unprofessional. Was sold an expensive zero turn mower that had been damaged in transit and they replaced some parts and charged full price for it! When it turned up at our property, I knew straight away that it was the damaged one I'd seen in the workshop. The staff had the cheek to laugh at me when I brought up my dissatisfaction.
Thanks for the expert advice and fantastic service. Got my backyard sorted today and more to go tomorrow. Best Stihl dealer hands down
