I do not recommend Roberts Don Mac – 200 Argyle Street, North Hobart, Tasmania. Unfortunately, my experience has continued to get worse. My Honda brushcutter has still not been returned to me in working condition. I brought in a machine with what appeared to be a relatively small issue for inspection. I paid the inspection fee expecting professional advice and a repair recommendation. Instead, my machine was completely dismantled without my approval and was going to be returned to me in pieces. Roberts Don Mac – 200 Argyle Street, North Hobart, Tasmania. I cannot recommend Roberts Don Mac in Hobart for brushcutter, trimmer, Honda, Stihl or small engine repairs. I left my Honda brushcutter for inspection and repair. Before it was dismantled, the machine was still operational and I expected to continue using it. After the machine was taken apart, I was informed that I would need to pay additional money just to have it reassembled. I gave Roberts Don Mac on Argyle Street in Hobart multiple chances, but after my recent experiences I can no longer recommend this business. The first problem was with a pressure washer I purchased through Roberts Don Mac for around $2,500. After only a couple of uses, the machine started stalling and shutting down. I brought it back multiple times under warranty and was initially told everything was normal and that I needed to replace another part myself.
