I've been a customer for over 10 years and have overlooked a lot of errors because I wanted to show support to my this local business. However, I don't think I can anymore. I've bought two bikes from this shop one of the bikes handle bars came off while I was riding it, and another lost a pedal as I was riding it. Both times I never received an apology. Called in and spoke to Paul after being referred by Gary's Cycle Shop, asked for approx. quote for a tune-up on my Tri-Classic recumbent bike, he said he had no idea and that I'd need to bring it in, I arrived 20 mins later & there were 2 older gentlemen working, 1 was releasing a repaired bike and the other was speaking to 3 Latino gentlemen, after releasing the repaired bike Paul asked me what I needed, he remembered that I had called but he didn't remember that I had a recumbent trike, the shop was way overcrowded with bi... read more
Fantastic local bike shop took great care of my friend and I. We had a loose axel and needed air in our tires. Roberts took care of us and had us on our way for a very reasonable price. Thanks guys!
This place is a rip-off. I went in to get my electric scooter fixed, and the mechanic quoted me $75. Two days later, I got a call saying the price would be $180. They’re just trying to take advantage of customers. I couldn’t do business with someone who couldn’t keep their word, so I took my scooter back home. It was a total waste of time. I highly recommend avoiding this shop if you’re looking to get your electric scooter fixed.
Got a tune up and bought some accessories. My bike is running great. I had an issue with the lock I bought here and they replaced it at no cost
