I called Roberts after getting some insane quotes for a basement crack from a few other companys. Tyler was honest and straight forward. Gave me a good estimate. Due to the time of year and it not being an emergency we were booked a bit out but the office contacted me the week before to confirm. Communication was impecable. It was quick and precise. After recent bad experiences with several contractors Tyler and team were a breath of fresh air. I hope to not have to call them again but would not hesitate if needed.
Honest!! great work and saved me 20K that another company tried to pressure me into! so thankful I called and hired these guys. Beware; some of the other crawlspace companies are not so trustworthy!
I just had Roberts Crawlspace come inspect some cracks in our basement foundation. Tyler arrived and was kind, knowledgeable, and honest. He indicated that our cracks were worth monitoring, but that they are not to a point that they need to be addressed imminently. Companies that give honest inspections like that, knowing that it may not lead to near-term business, are becoming rarer, so if the problem does get worse, I know who I’m calling!
Tyler and his team did a fantastic job remediating and encapsulating our crawl space. Showed up as scheduled; very professional / timely workmanship.
I would gladly work with Tyler and company again. They came when they said they would. They did what they said they would do. They finished by the time they said they would. And they were very fair about the time and materials charges on the few extra things I asked them to do while they were completing the project.
