This shop is a perfect example of why people hate going to mechanics. I had a check engine light on and was told upfront that the work required to figure out the problem would cost $80-180 and that's reasonable, I guess. And, of course, after they checked what was wrong, the bill was $180. The only problem is that all they've done is plug in their computer and find the faulty part. If I could leave 10 stars I would! My fiance and I brought our car in to get breaks and some other things done to our car. Our breaks started grinding literally 5 days before our wedding and we couldn't risk them going during our wedding weekend, we called a couple local places and everywhere said it would be about a month wait. I got an appointment within the week, they inspected my car and I had it back within the hour. The atmosphere in the office was relaxed and friendly!
I had an exhaust and muffler issue, they were able to fit me in day of, and able to replace everything needed and have me in and out within 2 hours! And the cost was pretty reasonable. Service was so kind and friendly as well.
I went to Roberts for a major repair the dealer said I needed. Not only were they more competitive for the repair, they also treated me very fairly when more work was required than their original quote covered. Thank you Roberts!
