Wow, this place rocks! I called Roberts to see if they could do a pre-purchase inspection on a used vehicle, and they were able to schedule one quickly even though I wasn’t an existing customer. Ray did a thorough job and even took me with him to test drive the car. The other staff I met, Heidi and Nathan, were friendly, caring, and efficient, both to me and to other customers, whether in-person or calling on the phone. This business is a true local gem.
Such a wonderful experience every time at Robert’s! So kind, helpful, understanding and thoughtful. Top notch customer service and they never judge my stupid questions or dirty car; always so nice!
I was from out of town, it was late in the day andI had an issue with a tire and Robert’s was recommended by a nearby auto parts store. They jumped right in to help me out. They identified the problem and got me going again. All the people who helped me: Heidi, Kevin, Bri and Solo were highly, courteous and thoroughly explained the issue so I could make the 160mile drive home with full confidence. I highly recommend Robert’s.
