I went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and lube covered under the service plan I bought from GM. First, the service advisor couldn't find my plan. I had to call the dealer I bought it from just to be sure I gave them the right info, and she still wasn't familiar with it after I showed her the plan on paper. I urged the service advisor to call Fidelity, the service plan company, to get it verified. They finally took my truck back for service. When they were done, they charged me a shop fee. (Ok, fine.
