Transmissions aren’t good at all in any of the vehicles. Chris from Thomasville Chevrolet told us it’s nothing he can do about fixing the truck and the warranty didn’t matter because the 1 year was up and the truck was down 2 weeks after the paper was sent in the mail
This is by far the worst dealership. I highly recommend you go anywhere but here. We have a 2024 2500 truck that had low miles on it but needed the engine replaced in it. Thomasville Chevrolet had it from July 2025 to January 2026. We finally got it back and was able to put it back to work in our fleet. However, on May 5 it began to have transmission problems. Please what ever you do just don’t show signs of desperation because they will use that and screw you over. My fiancée got screwed with a 2022 Buick, with 63k miles, 900/monthly payment, and on top of all that bull it’s roach infested and I promise you they knew. I’m guessing they were hiding when he looked at the car but then after having the car they slowly started coming out. Now they’re not answering the phones. I’ve killed at least 15 roaches hasn’t even been a week he’s had the car
I visited this dealership for an oil change for my truck because they had a special for oil change during Christmas however when it was time to get changed again the technician from this place tightened plugg on way to tight that I had to replace the older one which had no problem 2019 model,mechanics do this type of things to keep you coming back for services,I wouldn't recommend oil change from here or purchasing a vehicle from this place ,also the customer service isn't nice at all here in Thomasville Al
