I have used Roberts Carpet Cleaning service for several years. Chuck is conscientious and professional. He takes pride in his work, and it shows. I have always been completely satisfied with his work, and I highly recommend him.

Incredibly helpful and kind! Chuck was fully booked through January (clearly he's very good at what he does!) but answered my questions over calls / texts and pointed me in the direction of other companies that could help.

Chuck arrived exactly when he said he wold, first to give us an estimate and next to do the work. He spent half a day cleaning our sofa and two chairs that had gotten very dingy due to constant use by our family and dogs(!). He was very careful about protecting our hardwood floors and carpet, too.The upholstery all dried very quickly, as he said it would due to his process, and more than that they look SO GOOD -- As clean as can be. Chuck cares deeply about bringing quality cleaning to your home. You might initially balk at the cost, but it's so worth it! He uses the most up-to-date technology, thoroughly explains why this method is superior, and he is absolutely right! My carpets look beautiful and dried quickly. Now I feel absolutely confident in using Roberts Upholstery Care for my furniture. I HIGHLY recommend this company!
