My rug came back and did not bleed during it's cleaning, (a huge relief) It still did have a lingering smell cigarette smell from the previous owners (which is why I had it professionally cleaned. This was also my first time having a rug cleaned so maybe my expectations are higher but overall good price Drop off was Monday or Thursday. Location isn't that great considering you'd have to take a U turn at the light if you are coming from Apperson like me, which could be tight for some larger vehicles.
