I can't say enough about the positive experience I had at Robert's Car Care! A true family business that makes you feel at home, they are ethical and reasonably priced.
I moved here 1 year ago, and worried that I wouldn't find as good a place for car service as I was used to. Robert's was recommended by a friend who deals with them, and he was right. They are great!
terrible experience. Edit: seems as though this company tries to justify their bad customer service, by always making the customer the bad guy. see all replies, on these reviews. the company is always right? Who ever you are paying to reply to all these reviews is doing nothing other than showing your ignorance. In jest proving my above point. You want that person representating your company?just be a company wide issue if you don't see the problem
My dad went to take my bros truck in, who was HIGHLY recommended by my brother’s work director. My dad made the drive from Buckeye to this place. Well the saying “don’t have high expectations” is correct. The receptionist or whomever she is, was nice not rude at all. However, after they had told my dad that they would keep the tuck for a few hours to have it taken care of, he gets a call not even 5 mins that they couldn’t take the car in. Ummm ok? The reason?
