Consistent and dedicated ability to diagnose and resolve issues that other mechanics are unable to service. This is of particular importance, as I have a euro car — and other service centres recommend I drop an arm and a leg at the Audi dealership, when they are unable to rectify mechanical and electrical issues. Highly recommended their expertise and customer support!

Friendly service BUT they need to use a torque wrench when doing lug nuts up, instead of being lazy and using an impact wrench. My lugs were so tight I had to use a 900mm Breaker bar; my Milwaukee 610nm impact wrench couldn't undo them. UPDATE - had them fit exhaust headers/manifold; the rear of the exhaust fell off the headers a week after install because they forgot to do the bolts up. You think they'd care when working on a $200k car - nope! Won't be back.
