We were on a trip to St. Louis and our transmission started to act up. Called Roberts after hours and made arrangements to have them look at the car in the morning. He looked at the car and gave a honest assessment and suggested we drive back to Omaha as the transmission was beginning to fail. His willingness to get us in so quickly and then quickly provide a solid diagnosis was amazing. Very much appreciated and I highly recommend. (I would give six stars if I could.)
I had to pay twice for my friend's car repair! Thomas's son Joel took the payment first. Then Thomas said that did not pay the bill! So I paid the bill again in cash! Screwing a woman over because she was stranded in Cameron, Missouri. Joel has refused to return my money! PayPal has been notified and they are investigating.

I am not a mechanic I do think that he seems to have treated me fair everytime I have taken a vehicle to him. Whether it is mine or someone i have referred to him. He gets busy and you may have to wait a day or two to get with him. He has never made me feel stupid about an issue with my vehicles.
