Im not one of those "Karens" but this needs to be put out there. No comment on the quality of work, I never got that far. As I pulled into the driveway I saw a woman outside the shop and she saw me. Realizing I should've pull into the other driveway I backed out and drove to the side. I cut my engine off, gathered my stuff, since I knew id be getting a new alternator, thus spending $600 to $800, and went to pull on the door labeled "office." But it didn't open. I felt like the mechanic i talked to both times was very dismissive and didn't want my business. I was very polite on both visits. I dropped the vehicle off at close of business on Friday, they had the jeep monday, Tuesday and half of Wednesday. i called around lunch on wednesday to see if they had even looked at it. They hadn't. The only reason they're getting 2 stars is the lady that answers the phones was nice.

They can't check the oil level, they kept me for half an hour. Then they say sorry.
