Robert's automotive refuses to give me their insurance company information I put brand new oil in it the day that I took it down there when I got it back it was black and had metal flakes in it I'm not allowed on his property. Im not one of those "Karens" but this needs to be put out there. No comment on the quality of work, I never got that far. As I pulled into the driveway I saw a woman outside the shop and she saw me. Realizing I should've pull into the other driveway I backed out and drove to the side. I cut my engine off, gathered my stuff, since I knew id be getting a new alternator, thus spending $600 to $800, and went to pull on the door labeled "office." But it didn't open. Always Great service at Roberts ! Fair pricing and honest mechanic.
I felt like the mechanic i talked to both times was very dismissive and didn't want my business. I was very polite on both visits. I dropped the vehicle off at close of business on Friday, they had the jeep monday, Tuesday and half of Wednesday. i called around lunch on wednesday to see if they had even looked at it. They hadn't. The only reason they're getting 2 stars is the lady that answers the phones was nice.
